- How do I book?
Please browse through our spa menu to decide on the exact treatment/s you would like, then contact us via call/whatsapp/email, advise on the treatment, preferred time and date and the number of people. We will advise on availability, send you an invoice then a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking then the rest is payable on the day.
2. What the minimum you need to come to me?
The minimum spend has to be R500 or more for us to come to you.
3. How many therapists that come to me?
It will depend on the booking but normally for a R500 spend, 1 therapist will be sent out, if its a group of maybe 10 then 3 therapists will come out but it all depend, please check with us.
4. What are your working hours?
We work from Tues 09.00 – 18.00 to Sun 09.00 – 16.00.
Mondays we are closed.
5. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes we require a deposit on all bookings to confirm the date. Unfortunately in the past we have had some last minute cancellations resulting in the waste of time. To safeguard ourselves and you, we require a deposit.
6. What’s your cancellation policy?
We require atleast 16 hours notice for cancellation. If its less than that then you will be charged for that session.
Hi, is it possible to purchase a voucher?
The recipient of the voucher will then call and book a mobile appointment for when it suits them
